While Wearing Heels: rock and roll baby shower onesies

Ready to see how I customized my yellow onesies?

With a freezer paper stencil.

Supplies:
Freezer paper
Fabric Paint
Scissors
Sponge
Iron

Draw a design on the coarse side of the freezer paper. Cut the design out, keeping the white space around your design intact and getting rid of the actual design shape.

Lay the shiny side of the freezer paper onto your fabric and iron it into place using the highest setting on your iron.

Slip a barrier between the layers of your fabric, in this case, I used a brown paper bag. This will prevent bleeding between the layers.

Squirt some fabric paint onto a piece of paper. Dip your sponge in the fabric paint and dab it into the inside of the stencil.

You do not want excessive paint on your sponge, this will result in bleeding outside of your stencil. Go slow and firmly press the fabric paint onto the design.

When the fabric paint dries {and it will dry quickly},

slowly peel off the freezer paper.

I added a few iron on rhinestones, to give my guitar design a more rock and roll feel.
