Button Covered Thumbtacks

For a quick and easy way to dress up your corkboard...go raid your button jar.

Grab some thumbtacks.

Using some tacky glue or E600, glue the buttons to the thumbtack.

Allow for plenty of drying time.

 Then, starting pinning.

The possibilities are endless.

Thrifty Crafty Girl has a few other ideas for transforming your thumbtacks, some of which probably involve defending yourself against a zombie attack :)

  1. I love that! Of course, I don't have a button jar. AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO DOESN'T HAVE A BUTTON JAR? I'm asking Santa for buttons for Christmas.

Those button tacks are too cute... nice job!
